Cookie Policy

These keep the site working and cannot be switched off. Under EU rules (GDPR/ePrivacy) they do not require consent.

Sign-in session (Supabase authentication) — keeps you logged in to your account or partner cabinet. Cookie, cleared when the session ends.

Language preference (ui_lang) — remembers the interface language you chose. Cookie, up to 1 year.

eal_vid — a random identifier stored in your browser's local storage. It contains no name, email or personal detail — just a random value. It lets us count unique visitors, hold your AI Advisor conversation together, and understand in aggregate which listings are useful. It is not shared with anyone and is not used for advertising. Because it persists between visits, we describe it here in full; you can clear it any time by clearing your browser's site data.

We measure page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it sets no cookies, builds no personal profile, and does not track you across other websites. Data is aggregated and used only to improve the service.

Session cookie — Supabase — keep you signed in — until session ends — necessary.

eal_vid — EstateAL (local storage) — count visitors, hold your advisor conversation, aggregate listing insight — until you clear site data — functional, no personal data.

Advisor conversation — stored server-side, keyed to eal_vid — so the advisor can continue next time — deleted after 90 days — see the Privacy Policy.

EstateAL runs no advertising cookies, marketing pixels (such as Meta, Google Ads or LinkedIn), or third-party cross-site trackers. If we ever add any — for example when we begin paid marketing — we will introduce a cookie-consent banner and obtain your consent before any such technology loads, and update this policy accordingly.

You can view, block or delete cookies and clear local storage at any time through your browser settings. Because what we store is either strictly necessary or a simple functional identifier, blocking it may prevent parts of the site — such as staying signed in or keeping your language — from working normally.
